Position Details:

• Start Date: Immediate
• Location: Rancho Santa Fe, CA
• Type: On-site Internship

Responsibilities:

• Assemble UAVs using precision-engineered 3D printed parts.
• Install and configure electronic components for both remote-controlled and autonomous flight systems.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure consistent, high-quality assembly and testing.

Key Requirements: 

• Knowledge of how to build and prepare RC aircraft from scratch.
• Understanding of 3D printed materials and filament characteristics, especially how to combine mixed polymers for structural strength and performance.
• Strong team communication skills and an eye for detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Experience with basic reporting, documentation, or production tracking.
• Adobe Fusion 360 experience or similar tools
