Position Details:

• Start Date: Immediate
• Location: Rancho Santa Fe, CA
• Type: On-site Internship

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a test pilot for UAV builds capable of speeds exceeding 200 mph.
• Conduct test flights, collect performance data, and track flight patterns, speeds, and control responsiveness.
• Collaborate with the engineering and leadership teams to analyze results and optimize flight performance.

Key Requirements: 

• Hands-on experience with RC jet aircraft, either EDF or turbine-powered.
• Strong situational awareness and safety-minded flying discipline.
• Clear and effective communication skills, especially when reporting flight data or performance insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active RC jet pilot with a record of safe, high-speed flight.
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
• Familiarity with data collection, reporting, or tracking.
